Starting the process is as uncomplicated as making a call, dropping us an email or starting a chat using the WhatsApp icon at the foor of the page. Once we’ve started the conversation about how we can transform your outdoor space, we can point you to which products best suit your purpose and budget. Depending on how far you are into planning your project, we could provide indicative costs there and then, or if you prefer, arrange for home consultation & survey.
Design Proposal
When you’ve decided which products you think would look just right for your home, we will prepare a detailed proposal to demonstrate we have understood your instructions correctly and confirm exact specifications and cost. Refreshingly at this point, there is no hard sell from Bloc. If you are thrilled with the proposal and want to proceed immediately, we would be delighted to process your order, but if you think you would like some time decide, we are happy to leave it with you.
Detailed Plan
Once you are satisfied with the proposal and have decided to accept our offer, we will complete final survey if necessary, confirm the specifications with the manufacturer and the time needed to produce your order. We will then run through the final drawings with you one more time and if all looks good, submit the manufacturing instruction and let you know when can start work.
Installation
We are in constant communication with our manufacturing partners prior to delivery and we keep our customers advised so that they will know when their order will arrive and when to expect the installation team on site. Depending on the chosen product, installation times can be as little as a single morning for an awning, two days for a simple veranda or pergola and approximately one to two weeks for larger structures.
After Sales Support
Bloc are the only authorised ERHARDT service partners in the UK, so you can be sure you’re in safe hands and that if something isn’t quite right, in need of repair or should accidents occur, we will always be on hand to help.
